The latest boot messages can be found via journalctl from a root shell:

journalctl -b

To get a list of boots:

journalctl --list-boots

Show the boot messages from a previous boot by boot_id.

journalctl -b -<boot_id>

See the HTTP Routes page in the settings of the Node and find the name of the to be deleted route. Then enter the traefik1 container

runagent -m traefik1

Remove the right yml file

rm configs/<routename>.yml

Refresh the HTTP Routes page

api-cli run update-core --data '{"core_url":"ghcr.io/nethserver/core:3.12.1", "nodes":[1],"force":true}'

Replace the node Id with your value(s). Then restart core components effected, or reboot the node if unsure.
